How much does shipping cost within the UK?
We offer standard and express shipping options across the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, with free delivery available on selected high-value equipment.
What is your return policy for gym equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for heavy equipment unless the item is faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all BRAINGAIN UK products come with a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects to ensure you can train with complete peace of mind.
Can I track my order after it has been dispatched?
